Northern Vietnamese Cuisine

Characteristics of the Northern Cuisine are moderate, frugal, light-hearted dishes with colorful colors, not spicy, sweet, fatty, but mostly used diluted fish sauce and shrimp sauce to as a side dish.
In the chilly wind, it is wonderful to have just dragged down the sidewalk restaurant, breathed the cool weather and enjoyed the typical snacks of autumn, the autumn dishes that travelers do not want to leave.
